No. It is free of charge for user to place order when dine in.
In general the person in charge will verify the order before preparing the food. This will fall under the eatery / stalls owner’s responsibilities to make sure the right order being served. Tiny2 will not be involved in the refund process.
User will get notification whether the order is accepted or rejected
As long as the kitchen is ready to take up (active) order, user will be able to place the order. However, if the eatery’s person in charge does not check in the stall / kitchen, user will not be able to place the order.
